The Christian Education/Formation Commission assists, promotes and supports parishioners in understanding that the entire parish community has responsibility for participating in the evangelization and teaching mission of the Jesus entrusted to the Church. The commissions's responsibilities include developing, promoting and evaluating programs that encompasses and serves the parish community; children to adult, parochial, or public school, single, married or married with children. Commission members participate in the planning of events or programs whose goal is, through service, to promote faith growth for all members.  

The Christian Education/Formation Commission has representation from various committees at St. Edith Parish working together to acheive this goal. The Commission meets the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m, September through June.
